Manuel María Ponce Cuéllar (1882 - 1948) was a Mexican composer active in the 20th century. Ponce composed a piano concerto, several large symphonic works for orchestra, the 'Concierto del sur for guitar and orchestra', some chamber music, two piano sonatas, a large quantity of guitar music, numerous light works for the piano and a huge quantity of sentimental songs.
Among his compositions for piano are 'Three Intermezzi'. American arranger Douglas McLain arranged the first of these intermezzi for Symphonic Band.
